No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your booking and do not provide prior notice, no refund will be issued. 2. Event & Tournament Cancellations Refunds for Cancelled Events: In the event that we need to cancel a tournament or group event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be issued a full refund. Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, you will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund. 3. VR Gaming Experience Service Disruptions: If there are technical issues or malfunctions with the VR equipment during your session, we will offer either a full refund for the time lost or a rescheduled session at your convenience. Personal Experience: If you experience any discomfort with the VR equipment, please let our staff know immediately. We will do our best to provide a more comfortable experience, but if you wish to discontinue, a partial refund may be available based on the time used. 4. Custom PC Builds & Repairs Refund Eligibility: For custom PC builds or repairs, a refund is only available if the service is canceled before any work is started. Once the build or repair process has begun, no refunds will be issued. Faulty Work: If any parts of the custom build or repair are deemed faulty or not working as promised, we will either repair or replace the part at no extra charge. A full refund will be offered if we are unable to resolve the issue. 5. Gift Cards & Store Credit Non-Refundable: Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, they can be used at any time for services or purchases at PixelProwess Gaming Hub. 6.
